Version 2.0; Effective from 06.13.2026
Coinner (hereafter: also “we”, “us” or “our”) provides online software as a service (SaaS) through the website
https://marketmaker.coinner.co (hereafter: also “Website”). Our software (hereafter: also “Software” or “Platform”) is self-service software that provides automated market making, liquidity, volume and sell bots which you configure and run yourself on third-party centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges, using accounts and wallets you control. Coinner provides the software only and does not itself perform any trading or market making.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal and account data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It forms an integral part of our
Terms and Conditions. To provide our services, we may need (and are sometimes obliged by law) to collect your data.
Coinner is the controller of the data described in this policy. We rely on trusted third parties as processors and infrastructure providers, including Google / Firebase (authentication, database and hosting) and our payment provider(s). You can reach us at
contact@coinner.co.
We collect the following categories of data:
a. Account data: your email address and the password you use to log in (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider).
b. Subscription and billing data: your plan, billing period, transaction and payment status, and limited information needed to process payments. Card or wallet payment details are processed by our payment provider(s); we do not store full payment-card numbers.
c. Connected-account credentials: exchange API Keys for CEX trading and, for DEX trading, the private key of a dedicated Trading Wallet you provide. These credentials are stored in encrypted form and are used solely to operate the Bots you configure.
d. Bot and trading configuration: the strategies, parameters, pairs, venues, tokens and settings you configure, and operational data and logs generated when your Bots run.
e. Affiliate data: if you join the affiliate program, your referral links, referral attribution, earned commissions, and the payout details you provide (for example a USDT address or PayPal account).
f. Communications: the content of messages, support requests and correspondence you send us.
g. Usage, device and cookie data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referral/attribution identifiers, collected automatically as described under “Cookies and tracking.”
We collect this data directly from you, automatically through your use of the Platform, and from third parties such as exchanges (via your API Keys) and our payment and analytics providers.
We use your data to: provide, operate and maintain the Platform and your Bots; create and secure your account; process Subscriptions, payments and affiliate commissions; communicate with you about your account, orders, support requests and service updates; monitor for fraud, abuse, security incidents and prohibited activity; improve the Platform; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your API Keys or Trading Wallet keys for any purpose other than operating the Bots you configure.
We share data only as needed to run the service: with infrastructure and processing providers (such as Google / Firebase and our payment provider(s)); with the third-party exchanges and blockchains on which your Bots operate (which receive the orders and transactions your Bots submit); and where required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process or government request, to protect the safety of any person, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect the rights or property of Coinner or its users.
Please note that transactions your Bots submit to a public blockchain or DEX are recorded on a public ledger that Coinner does not control and cannot delete or anonymize.
Data protection and security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials such as API Keys and Trading Wallet private keys, against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using strong, unique credentials, granting your API Keys only the minimum permissions required, and funding Trading Wallets only with capital you intend to deploy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and credentials within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain data to comply with legal, tax, accounting or fraud-prevention obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Data recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted by us.
Coinner and its providers may process and store data in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise most of these rights through the Platform or by contacting us at
contact@coinner.co. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage, and support affiliate referral attribution (for example, recording which affiliate link brought you to us within a defined attribution window). You may set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; if you do, some parts of the Site may not function properly.
You may find links on our Site to the websites and services of exchanges, blockchains, partners, advertisers and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Those sites have their own policies, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
The Platform is not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of them.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy and our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
